Guinea pigs poor, they have not even had the chance to live when they were the serpent's food. I suggest you make a rat cage breeding, give them something they have actually eaten in the wild. the guineas have hopes and dreams!

I have a snake and I've never fed Guinea pigs, I have a Guinea pig and they and so beautiful and so sad that you feed it to your snake!
Just feed your snake mouse as I do from the pet store frozen foods, they are better, I did the same food as mice, but he needs to eat, but mice are the only things I could never feed him !!!!!!

Not a good question for the section of rodents. Do not really like the idea of a massive breeding program to feed pigs life of a snake.

It's cruel. The snakes do not need to eat Guinea pigs poor. Give them rats or something. They do not eat Guinea pigs in the wild, they should not in captivity. What's wrong at all levels. Snakes have to eat! Guinea pigs and rabbits are sold as feeders for reptiles and other large animals, like birds in the zoo. You people eat cows and other animals large and complain when a snake eats?! I've been a vegetarian for 15 years and I have three snakes and mice breed to feed them. I do feel bad for mice, but the food chain! nothing can change into serpents eating vegetables.

Guinea pigs have only 2 litters per year, and only one or two babies per litter. they need almost a year to its full development size to feed the snake. To purchase pigs in a pet store is the way to go. They are worth every penny when you do not raise yourself. Most pet stores can special pigs to quality food for you, live or frozen.
