Cardboard cat scratcher house? I was looking for a tutorial on how to make a cardboard house cat scratcher, but no luck so far! Can someone tell me how to make one? I can get a ton of boxes of my work and I would build skyscrapers cat for my cats. Is there a special glue that is safe for cats and used to stick the cards together? Advice?
The cats will be perfectly happy just to shredded cardboard boxes, even those flattened. You can also take boxes intact and cut small windows - with and without flaps - on the sides, they'll have a blast swatting each other through windows and jumping in and out of boxes. Once the boxes are completely destroyed, what remains to recycle and get a little more. children some people are very cheap and easily entertained!
Edit
You might consider buying a cheap one, even just a refill, and deconstruct to see how it is made.

I think we can cut a lot of pieces of cardboard into the desired shape, then glue them together to make the scratch in three dimensions. I would like to apply the glue so it does not come all the way to the edge. They say that Elmer glue is not toxic.
Or you can simply copy a large number of squares of cardboard, glue them all together and make a cube.
I am sure that cats love them, whatever form they are!

I will freely admit that he is lazy, but I often bring home boxes empty hand 'em on "as is" for my monsters to tear if they were not "down" (flat). .. if they are flat, I'll fold 'em and use tape if necessary to reenforce ... Sprinkle a little catnip and they enjoy crushing
