Curved Fish Tank

Curved Fish TankFish to put in aquarium

My father has just given me is 300 liter fish tank curve that is used to house its Arowana (dragon fish), which has since passed and moved into a larger tank. Now, I rinse the gravel and dried so that I can start new. The problem is that I'm not sure what to put inside. I already have three other fish tanks 10-80 gallons and they include silver dollars, the glass catfish, anglefish, suckerfish, platies and Cory cats with some Hardy live plants thrown in.

Type lost for ideas. Any fresh, freshwater single set-ups to recommend?

- Thanks -

Although probably a complete loss of a tank 300litre but many people are experimenting with tanks with half water and half land (paludariums think their called). You could have half the water and keep a selection of fish, but the idea lands half, puts you into a world completely different from crabs and hermit crabs, frogs, newts. They should all be reasonably consistent, but so that they can look beautiful. If you already have other aquariums try this, it will be different thats for sure. Visit Badman tropical fish on the Web, this guy gives step by step guide on how to build one.

move aggressively as the Oscars, etc. Oscars lease have a clause like a cat, they will lay on its side until you come and pets

There is a wide variety of fish, you can use in a configuration of fresh water for the size of a tank.

Not really sure what you want - the fish size, bright colored fish, etc.

Maybe a good idea to browse some of the fish available on aquabid.com.

They are beautiful fish, usually experienced breeders, and much more exotic than anything store pet is required to have.

I get all my news from there stem guppy - for example, I recently purchased two trios of pastel albino - they are beautiful! All my fish farmer came home from there. They always fish of high quality.

If you come along a freshwater species that peaks your interest, you could do a little research on the maintenance and see if they sound like a good idea.

Furthermore, www.liveaquaria.com is an excellent site to navigate - the itch when I set up another aquarium (other than those I guppy breeding) I look out there ideas on what kind of fish could interested.

Good luck and I hope you find what you want! O)

If you want something colorful, you can try an African cichlid mbuna set up. they are quite striking UPS series no plants, just rocks and caves. and the fish come in colors that can compete with some saltwater fish.

mbuna cichlids from Lake Malawi in Africa and can be very aggressive. mbuna should never be kept with other mbuna!

so I've never heard of an arowana is also known as dragon fish. any way. If you want a cool, single tank, why not try
maintenance of certain species of native fish there. As some fish caught you go fishing, that is if you fish.

but if you do not fish, or do not want to keep native fish, then why not try this:
Oscar-Buy 2 or 3 about 4-5 cm long.
-Buy a pleco, about 6-7 inches long, then a little more than the Oscars.
Then, wait a month or two and buy a African cichlid, this is a little smaller than the Oscars.

"Now Oscar is about 5-7 cm long, after about two months before buying the African cichlids, depending on how much you've been feeding them. Now, they are well adapted to life with each other and the pleco. When you add the African cichlids, they can see the food, but that's where the aggressiveness of the African cichlids from the African cichlid involved will not bother the pleco, but if the Oscars be a little too close to them know.

Waiting Another.
