Help Rabbit.? 7 months ago I made a rabbit. the local store for pets. They told me it was a boy and very loving. I brought him a cage. (Do not start a cage.) I am so small and I didn't think it would become very large. but they appear to be increasingly out of his cage and the only thing he can do now is put in it. he cannot even stand on two feet. i no, I have to get another cage for him. I looked around the company and the local stores, prices are outrageous. of this to be a place that sells cages at discount prices. ABU (my bunny) is already potty trained and it is not even fixed yet. I want a cage next door. due to the fact that he feels. im guessing its his pee.

so I was wondering what are your thoughts on an outdoor hutch (with a rabbit that has formed the cleanliness.)
should I keep it inside. What kind of cage do I do next.
get it fixed the size of the smell of pee. him fixed, which will cause him to get trained unpotty
The best place for a good good size cage for a reasonable price is a show rabbit. There are lists by state www.arba.net. Most of the shows have dealers cage them and it would be much less a retail store.
Regarding the outside, the rabbit is done outside fine. The cage should have a place where it would be blocked by rain / snow and drafts. I know some people think its cruel, but keep in mind the rabbit is wearing a fur coat.
If you are concerned about the smell of urine, try to get a rabbit pellet that yucca extract in it. This will help reduce odors. In addition, you can add a few drops of vanilla to drinking water.
Get the rabbit fixed would reduce spraying, where the jets rabbit different areas of your house to mark his territory, but would not have much effect on the flavor.
Hope this helps!
cute pic! you can buy one at Petco or on ebay, but I did ..... mine with chicken wire and wood .... like a house
You can make your own cage with cubes NIC and it is very cheap compared to store bought cages. Click on this link: http://www.bunnylu.com.futuresite.register.com/_wsn/page2.html
I have a rabbit and I prefer to keep it inside because I can spend more time with him and I know he is safe. This is not necessarily too cold to keep them out, but too hot. Rabbits can not survive in extreme heat! There may be animals wandering around outside, the night that could get your rabbit.
Also, I once heard a rabbit is fixed, they are better with the habits of the litter. It is important to have it fixed, especially if you plan to get another rabbit at one time.
Page rabbits spray urine on everything to mark their territory. Check with PETA or the SPCA and rabbit neutered. That will take care of the smell, I promise. You can use a niche for a rabbit and they are cheaper! Good luck
I was the owner of 11 rabbits (those outdoors) I raised and showed. I litter train some of them by putting a box with wood chips or pellets, or newspaper, they had a floor beneath which they drop chickenwire fall and pee in a pot. It was nice b / c their feet stay dry. I do not think that setting them to reduce the size of the pee smell ... he will stop spraying, it started as well (they spray like cats do) and should not set him unpotty trained.
You must obtain the greatest possible rabbit hutch and let your rabbit daily excercise. A rabbit hutch should have a section with a small opening for the rabbit to enter. in this place, you must fill with hay because that is where the rabbit goes to sleep. It is also great for her to hide in when he gets scared and great protection. The cage should be in the shade at any time. Ho.
