It may also be ads in local newspapers such as the Arizona Republic and East Valley Tribune.

Checking in food stores on board / local teams and is also a good idea. Not only can there be ads displayed, but people in stores / stables may know of a horse for sale, too.

If you're willing to wait, the Scottsdale Arabian horse show will take place next year in February, I think. There are always lots of ads for sale and horses on the property that are for sale. And it's a great place to meet people horse and make network connections to help you home. In addition, it is a fantastic event for several days with many great classes and events, shops and restaurants.
