You may also notice a large number of white mites moving on the surface of the skin of your cat. The treatment of dermatitis Cheyletiella includes hollow pyrethrin, lime sulfur, selenium sulfide or based shampoos. You will also need to get rid of mites in the environment by spray extraction.
