Can a puppy eat dog food for TLC? Is this a good brand for pups in general? Has anyone had a bad experience with this food?

Not the best food you can buy, but not bad at all, fairly good quality stuff there and not the c ** p they put in a lot of dog food
(The review proposes to add the raw meat)
