How do I create a Cheshire cat costume for Halloween? I am a 14 year old girl, and I want to be the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland for Halloween and I was wondering how to do my hair, makeup, costumes and shoes.
Think Orange Stripes and think! ... And remember to smile!
You'll need to keep your hair wild and messy. Lacquer color nicely for this part. If you do not want to go that far, you can search for colored hair extensions ... they can be expensive, but.
For the costume, you can choose anything with stripes or orange already, or if you do not just pick anything in black and white. Then you just buy two million dying and follow the instructions (basically, you just mix everything in your washing machine)
If you want a tail, you can try using a feather boa. tie around the waist to make it stand out a bit, just a film about running hang-over.
Also, keep in mind that Halloween is coming. You could put a complete outfit and cat-what you find.
Good luck!
Excellent idea for a costume! Well you can get kitty ears are purple (or whatever color you think is the Cheshire cat) and some are put on your face and make cute little kitty whiskers and put something pink / color on the cheeks and get / make a striped dress and your hair short or tied back (or something crazy that you think looks good). as for shoes is kind of tricky ... I think we could get away with wearing only normal, it might even cute;). Your other option would be to make a protective suit complete with mask. although it takes much skill with a needle. I can not tell you exactly how to make one, but there may be instructions on the Internet.
