Holistic Diet For Dogs

I have two Siberian huskies. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm researching this and there is a large amount of information. I do not know what to believe.

I agree talk to your vet first. I use food holistic well-being, expensive, but worth it for my two Great Danes. Holistic well-being has all the ingredients of natural quality of man, vitamins and minerals balanced, few ingredients, no by-products or meals of cereal. BARF is very time consuming, and generally thought not to make a big difference. It may be shocking to the system thats used for a dog kibble.

I think you can check with your local veterinarian before giving the dog a diet completely new. A mistake could lead to two Huskies patients.

I had my dogs on a raw diet for a few months and they did great, but it is an ordeal to keep him properly, feed the dog the right balance. Consult your veterinarian about supplements especially for the Huskies. Sometimes they have trouble with zinc deficiency and they do not need vitamin C.
If you decide it is easier to go to a trade regime although there are some foods out there. I recommend the kind of recipe venison and rice which is a mark of quality and venison is a type of meat that is easier on the stomach than some other foods to dogs as Huskies and shepherds.
I think Dick Van Patten has a good food for dogs Venison too, also very high quality.
Do not feed your dog COOKED bones, because they are dissidents and can damage a dog. I would also avoid raw hides, which are sometimes preserved with formaldehyde.
Clogs stink, but make a good chew. So do "Kongs" and has a product called Nylabone Galileo Bone "which is good.
