Jaw Horse

It just started happing as two weeks ago, I thought it was like hay or something, but it was underway.

It could reflect a number of things on the teeth interfere with each other or against the movement of the jaw, the guttural pouch or swelling or a sinus infection, or even a gift of a foreign body in the throat. You must have your veterinarian examine the horse to find the cause.

It is probably the hay (and you're just now noticing the past two weeks, or the care you use now is a different texture) or teeth grinding against each other . If it was his jaw, you'd probably hear a strange clicking or popping noise.

If he eats well (not dropping food / hay or smothering), a healthy weight, and does not mouth pain (resistant to the bit, throwing his head when walking, chewing funny, etc. ), I would not be too concerned.

as long as it does not bother him, I would not worry. my mare has had a crack at the ankle for 12 years and shes still going strong

I think it's just his teeth, but do not worry about a vet if you are really interested

my (male) friend jaw does this, and she found the jaw did not belong. he is showing other signs of discomfort?

Watch how he eats as well as listening. Does it take longer to eat, is it dropping the food? It can be difficult may need dental care and teeth floated to fix the problem. A quick glance at the vet can save lots of problems later.

sounds like teeth to me

Call the dentist and his horse's teeth floated your horse to make sure they havent become too irregular / sharp. They should be systematically filed if it could be very painful for the horse.
