I do not think they are repairable. I've never heard of a under repair. Looks like you're going to need a new front to kill all your fish.
It could short circuit and possibly electrocute them.

I would not try to repair the radiator. A small mistake can lead to electric shock and / or your fish. Or, it could become very hot and kill your fish that way. Your best bet is to buy a new one. Better safe than sorry. Keep in mind, 100 watts on a 110V circuit is almost an amp. It takes less than killing someone.
