Outdoor Cat House

Outdoor Cat HouseWhat is the best house for outdoor cat. 2 cats currently living in a microwave oven used. cannot afford $ 100?

2 cats live in my backyard
two of them the fears of man, one of them become friends with me (I called mao)
I feed on Mao with my hand and stroke it, but the other still used to let me touch him.
anywayz, after weeks of life in my new car, I made a home for them from a microwave is used with a pillow, sweaters and protect it from rain. Two of them lived there now.

My mom wont let me put them inside the house, I thought putting them in an animal shelter, but me and mao is now close .. So I hope if any1 has an answer on how to build a house cat outside that perhaps can withstand the winter.

think im elevaing date of the current house so that the usual snow cover, to a staircase and wrapped the microwave with great insulation.

I save $ 70 if there is a good buy for her.
thx.
Otherwise I might have to give it to the animal shelter.

free to kill them, they are wild (wild) cats and adoptable United Nations, go to PetSmart and get a house cat for about $ 60, or better yet save your money and go to Walmart to get a storage box, put the lid on it and cut a cat door complete with balnkets etc. for extra warmth and support it on blocks (side) with the lid on, they will climb if you show them food, then place it.The food in closed area, except for a hole heat seal and keep out rain and so play around with duct tape to seal the wind and rain to seep into the edges of the cover. much larger than a house cat and more robust for the winter. about $ 20 in all!

aww thats very kind of you, umm, can you keep your cat its own door?
Turkey feed and stuff and it will come near you !!!!!

I would urge you to put them in a shelter, but I know you're dead-set on keeping them in your yard, so here goes:
Often, cats, particularly groups of them, are able to keep warm and happy outdoors without too much help.
A dog house small (plastic works correctly) is a great thing to use, and you can bring blankets or towels in the bottom. Facing the door to a wall of the house, and about 1 foot away.
You can put a square of styrofoam, wood, or something in the dog house so it is not directly on the ground.
Being close to home will keep the snow and away from the entrance.
A wooden box or plastic will work well the same way if you're short of money.

I would try to call the animal shelter and ask them what they can recommend u buy or make suggestions on what to do. The last thing they want is more animals sent there to be put to sleep, then they will probably give you many ideas! Good luck.

Will you have money to care for them for the rest of their lives? Are they men or women? Females begat more cats and you have a farm cat in less than a year. The shelter is probably the best answer. But also I knew a guy who has a cat kennel with a raised floor lamps and electric heating before our town had a shelter. The cats came every night to heat and time Chow. Good luck to you.

You are a very nice person. Do not give an animal shelter, they may kill them if they can not find owners for them or they can get several infectious diseases. Cats are the first to be eliminated in crowded shelters. Cats like wooden houses raised to build the kind of house you would get a dog, but a little higher, sitting on something and on top of it sets a terrace, a piece of wood, orisontal with some old carpet nailed him .. . Cats can relax there and watch the view. Check this link also: http://www.buildyourowncathouse.com/
They are happy with you and glad that you have provided shelter, food.
