Pet Sitters If you use pet sitting or boarding services, it is preferable to have made a checklist. This will help ensure that you have gathered everything you need to register your pet in. Here are some tips:
- Your pet proof of immunization

- A signed release form, an authorization allowing the border to pet veterinary attention, if required.
- Your details veterinarian.
- A sign of the record with your contact information and the route where you can be contacted. If you can not be contacted, have a return contact information ready, with the release forms signed if necessary.
- Instructions or special conditions. If your pet is taking medication, leave in an airtight container home, with directions. Make sure there is enough medication to cover the length of stay.

- If your dog has special bedding is allowed. Some boarding facilities for pets will not allow full size bed and must be washable.
- Dog food and treats. Sometimes it is requested that the parties predivided individual portions in advance. Ensure there is sufficient to accommodate the stay.
