Everyone knows the list of states or cities that allow exotic animals? I'm not looking to buy exotic pets so please do conferences. Just look for a list of states that allows them, without a license.
it will depend on the specific type of animal. Exotics can be almost any ferrets, spiders and snakes, not venomous for wolves, large cats, large reptiles such as alligators to elephants. Each city, state or county will have their own definition of what they see as alien and there own rules about how they regulate.
Your hot! I think Florida isn't very strict laws on exotic pet. They seem to have less restrictive laws on everything from laws on arms company legislation.
You define "exotic"
What do you consider exotic? Birds, fish, reptiles, mammals???? If you give a specific question, you can get a precise answer.

I do not think the state will give you an otter in the pool on the back, or lions or tigers in your backyard. It is cruel to animals and longevity of the species hazerdous. If communities are allowed, there are enough nuts out there who will abuse of exotic animals.
Each state has different rules on different animals. Some are ALL illegal, others are allowed with permits.
California and New York have some of the stricter policies. The Mountain States and Southern cities have the least.
I know in California they are very strict, but if you join a club for exotic animals, you can get away with it. Honestly, it's not like the city revolves around from house to house in search of exotic animals. Unless you have an ostrich or something that is very noticeable.
There are many countries
