Tropical Pets

Tropical PetsWhat are good to keep tropical fish as pets?

I like the big fish like the Oscars, but he said on a Web site need a tankand 50 gallons that would be huge. Does anyone know any good fish I could keep as a pet may be on their own (1-2 fish?) Who require a smaller tank? Preferably tropics.

Well, I guarami. they r really fun to watch and easy to feed. all kinds of different foods. they ra difficult to fish. they normally stay at the top or middle of ur tank. We have nearly 10 catfish and zeal with our 6 Guram. But do u need a large tank u all need is the food of a filter and a fish! but if u do not get more of one because otherwise they will die of loneliness. u need the small tank is probably one gallon 10 and then u can take more than just Guram. it's just the right size if u want only a couple. Well, I gotta go, I tell u more but I gotta go. if ur interested in their e-mail me or something on my profile thing. So I think that u can be a EAL tires. First they look gross because it is wat I thought wwen my brother and sister came home with one. i totlay freeked OUT. but once u get over it they r better than any fish. u will really enjoy watching. it may be useful.

get Nemo!

Watch "Finding Nemo" if you've never seen before and search for "Dory" in the pet store. Their very nice and easy to feed. They do not poo a lot.

Yes you can keep the big fish in the tank, but they said you could probably collect small fish in a small car! Most tropical fish must be at a high temperature and salt water! =]

Convicts can do well in a 20g, they are smart, very easy to breed and only get 4-6 inches at most.

They are extremely aggressive and take the 14-inch and win Oscars, as you can see, they have some 'tude.

The pH, temperature dGH not to be identified accurately, temp should be 72-81F, the pH should be 6.5 to 8.6 and can be dGH 5-25.

They are very hardy and can adapt to many environments, they will probably uproot UN rooted plants and destroy the other housemates, they are sooooo aggressive during the breeding season so it is best to keep themselves in reproduction.

Good luck !!!~~~~<><~~~~><>

I kept Danios. They can live up to several years! ~ And easy to maintain

If you do not want to keep two fish then you have a good selection of cichlids ... they fight with any other type of fish most of the time and reproduce easily, but your are very aggressive when they do. good point to get the cichlids is that they have the best color, you can get in tropical fish

First you must decide to keep the fish fresh water or salt water - they are both tropical. saltwater tanks are much more difficult to implement and more difficult to maintain and more expensive if I'd still recommend freshwater for a beginner. However, it requires some planning to set up - you need to know about the equipment you need, heaters, lighting, filters. So you need to engage in some maintenance once you've bought everything.
However, if you want to just keep a couple of goldfish, then you do not need anything fancy, but they are living things that you need to understand the commitment before you begin.
