UnderwoodisaurusHow do I know if my thick tail gecko asleep or awake.?

My race gecko has no eyelids, so I was wondering how do I know if she is sleeping or just relaxing? Its scientific name is Underwoodisaurus milii, and is also known as a gecko barking if it helps!

If it moves or makes noise, he is awake. If it remains completely motionless for some time, he is sleeping or relaxing. If you do something to get his attention and he reacts, he was either awake, or you awake. And if it does not, he is asleep or ignoring you.

Apart from that, geckos generally like to hide under your control during sleep, and is based on elements in pilgrim.
If you have not already, make sure there are things to hide under, so that your gecko will be much happier.
