Wild Bird Feeders

How can I keep cats away from my neighbors that I feed wild birds? They are catching them, letting them rip and set about .... This has to stop .... how?
I talked to neighbors and they do not care, they say that's what cats do ..... As much as I want to kill them, I can not .... it would be a mistake in my opinion. ... So, what can I do for them not to return?

It's a tough question! neighbors what you have hurt!
You can trap them. Shelter rent traps and take the cats for a small fee. If you go to a shelter in a different city, owners are less likely to find once they are gone (unless they are microchipped, you can get into trouble). They will probably take another cat well.
